Product returns
Northern Caravans take every effort to ensure all products are dispatched to customers in perfect condition and without fault, however if on receiving your item/s they are either unwanted, faulty or incorrect then please follow the information below.
Unwanted Items
If you buy an item from  Northern caravans and find that on delivery you no longer want it or you have incorrectly ordered it please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is large we will require a collection fee of £10 to account  for courier fees. On delivery back to ourselves we will refund the cost of the item alone.
If your item is small we ask you to post the item back to us and once delivered we will refund the cost of the item alone.
Please note we can only accept unopened electrical and sanitation spares and only products returned in their original condition will be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement item.
If the faulty item is large we will arrange a collection and on delivery to ourselves will refund or replace your order.
When returning a small item we ask that you post the item back to ourselves with proof of postage and we will refund these costs and replace or refund your order. Please ensure that you have advised us of the return.
